Getting Started with Your Mobile Solution
We know bringing a new mobile app into your business can feel overwhelming. That's why we've built a straightforward onboarding process that walks you through each stage without technical jargon or confusing steps. You'll have a clear view of where we're headed from day one.
Start Your ProjectHow We Work Together
Our approach is simple: listen first, build second. We've refined this process over years of working with businesses across Egypt, and each step is designed to keep you informed and involved.
Discovery Call
We start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. Tell us about your business challenges and what you're hoping to achieve. This usually takes about 45 minutes, and honestly, we learn as much from you as you do from us.
Requirements Mapping
After our chat, we spend a week mapping out your exact needs. We'll document everything and send it back to you for feedback. This isn't a contract yet, just making sure we're on the same page about what success looks like.
Prototype Review
Once you approve the requirements, we create a working prototype. Think of it as a test drive before committing to the full build. You'll see how the app flows and can request changes before we write production code.
Development Sprints
We work in two-week cycles. At the end of each sprint, you'll get a demo of what we've built. This keeps you in the loop and means no surprises when we reach the finish line. Most projects take 8 to 14 weeks depending on complexity.
Testing Phase
Before launch, we run thorough tests across different devices and scenarios. You'll also get access to a staging version so your team can try everything out. We fix any issues that come up during this phase at no extra cost.
Launch and Support
When everything's ready, we'll coordinate the launch together. And we don't disappear after that. You'll have direct access to our support team for the first three months, plus documentation for your future reference.
What Makes Our Process Different
Most development shops hand you a contract and disappear until delivery day. We've seen too many projects fail that way. Our onboarding keeps communication open throughout.
You'll get weekly updates even during quiet development periods. And if priorities shift halfway through, we can adjust. Business changes, and your mobile solution should be flexible enough to change with it.
One client told us in early 2025 that our biggest strength was "actually listening when we said something wasn't working." That feedback shaped how we run every new onboarding now.
We also set realistic timelines. If a feature will take four weeks to build properly, we'll tell you that upfront rather than promise two weeks and miss the deadline. Trust matters more than speed.
What Recent Clients Say
The onboarding process was smoother than I expected. They kept checking in with us every week, and when we realized we needed a different approach to inventory tracking, they pivoted without making it a big deal. Launched in November 2024 and it's been running solid ever since.
I've worked with three other development teams before Dybar Lwoux, and this was the first time someone actually explained technical decisions in plain language. The prototype stage saved us from building the wrong thing, which would have cost way more to fix later.
Our Core Principles
Transparency
No hidden fees, no surprise delays. You'll know exactly where your budget is going and why certain decisions were made.
Collaboration
Your team knows your business better than we ever will. We build solutions together, combining your industry knowledge with our technical skills.
Adaptability
Market conditions change, priorities shift. We build flexibility into every project so adjustments don't derail the entire timeline.
