Building Mobile Solutions That Actually Work
We started Dybar Lwoux in 2019 because we were tired of seeing businesses struggle with mobile apps that didn't fit their actual needs. Generic solutions pushed them into processes that felt wrong. Custom work came with impossible price tags.
There had to be a better way. So we built one.
From Frustration to Foundation
The idea came from a conversation with a textile manufacturer in El Mahalla. They needed inventory tracking across three warehouses. Every solution we looked at wanted to change how they operated—not help them work better.
We built them something that matched their workflow instead. It took us three months and constant iteration. But when we finished, their team actually used it. That's when we realized this approach could help a lot of businesses.
Six years later, we're still doing the same thing. Just with better tools and more experience in what works.
How We Think About Mobile Development
Start With Reality
We spend more time understanding your current process than showing you fancy features. Because solutions that ignore how you actually work tend to gather dust.
Build in Stages
Nobody needs everything on day one. We launch with what matters most, then add functionality as you discover what's actually useful versus what sounded good in planning.
Keep It Maintainable
Clean code isn't about being fancy. It's about making sure your app can grow without becoming a maintenance nightmare three years from now.
Who's Actually Doing This Work
Small team. Direct communication. No account managers translating between you and the people building your solution.
Thabit Masri
Technical Director
I've been writing code since 2012 and learned most of what matters from mistakes on real projects. These days I focus on making sure our development approach stays practical—it's easy to overcomplicate things when you're deep in technical work. Outside of development, I spend too much time reading about database optimization strategies.
Our Development Process
Discovery Phase
We map your current workflow and identify where mobile tools could actually help. This usually takes two weeks of conversations and observation.
Prototype Development
We build a working version of core functionality. Not pretty yet, but functional enough to test whether our approach makes sense for your situation.
Iterative Refinement
You use it. We adjust based on what's awkward or missing. This cycle repeats until the application feels natural for your team.
Launch and Support
We deploy to your team and stay available for adjustments. First month always reveals things we didn't anticipate—that's normal and expected.
Let's Talk About Your Mobile Needs
We're based in El Mahalla El Kubra and work with businesses across Gharbia Governorate and beyond. If you're dealing with process challenges that might benefit from custom mobile tools, we should have a conversation.
